Terms of Service

When you place your order you will be automatically taken to the shopping area of the Humminngbird Pro Shop/Birdzilla.com. There, you credit card information will be processed in a secure fashion. Shipping charges are shown for surface shipping in the continental U.S. We do not ship outside the United States. Shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska will be provided after we receive your order.

Returns policy:
Your satisfaction is important to us. All of our products have been carefully selected and are of high quality. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund under the conditions noted below. For product quality issues after 30 days please contact the manufacturer. Some manufacturers, such as Droll Yankees, provide a life-time warranty on selected products. Check the information provided by the manufacturer.

1. Contact us before returning any product.
2. Product must be returned within 30 days of shipment for credit to be issued.
3. Product must be returned in the original packaging, suitable for resale.
4. In some cases we will repackage product with the repackaging cost deducted from customer credit.
5. Credit will be issued for the cost of the product only. Shipping charges will not be credited unless the incorrect or damaged product was shipped.
6. Product is shipped FOB Dallas, TX or from several factory locations. Product damaged in shipment is the responsibility of the freight carrier. If your product has been damaged in shipment you should file a claim directly with the shipping company.
